South of England Agricultural Society

The South of England Agricultural Society is a registered charity founded in 1967 from a consolidation of agricultural societies that date back to the 1830’s. Since 1967 the Society has moved on, embracing new technology and advancement in agriculture, animal husbandry, horticulture and forestry and they needed a new identity to reflect this.

Keeping the core aims and objectives of the Society at the centre of our creative process, the new identity Sans Frontiere designed for the Society now successfully promotes farming, agriculture and the countryside in its iconography, which is further reinforced by the brand mission statement “serving and showcasing farming and the countryside”.

Launched on the front cover of the annual report in January 2015, the new logo is “ploughed” into the furrows of the farmed countryside, a fitting image for the birth of a new era for the Society.

The new identity and brand guidelines have breathed new life across all brand communications to create a modern, confident and clean platform for the Society to communicate from.

Sans Frontiere has shown excellent skill, knowledge and creativity in the redevelopment of our website. They have been instrumental in helping us structure a wide variety of online content.
